Farm and agricultural enterprise

The regulatory point of reference is represented by Art. 2135 of the Italian Civil Code. The agricultural entrepreneur is the one who carries out the following activities: livestock farming, forestry, land cultivation and related activities. These related activities involve, on the one hand, the handling, processing, marketing and enhancement of agricultural products (which must be mainly obtained through land cultivation or livestock farming) and, on the other hand, the provision of goods or services (which are generally provided through the use of equipment or resources normally adopted by the farm).

The so-called “wine real estate” sector is also noteworthy, i.e. the area which deals with the purchase and sale and the management of real estate assets attributable to operators of the wine sector.

The #W&CN provides its customers with assistance and consultancy services in fiscal, tax and legal matters, aimed at the establishment and optimal management of agricultural enterprises. The objective is to create enterprises which can fully respond to the needs of our customers.

The Network helps its customers in the sale and purchase of businesses and assets related to the agricultural and wine sector. This is also done through a targeted consultancy service, which concretely responds to the needs of customers and their local areas of reference.
