Admitted to bar in Pescara, Italy in February 2011, Davide Torcello obtained his master’s degree in Jurisprudence at the State University of Genoa with a score of 110/110 with honours. In June 2013, he obtained his Specialisation Diploma in Legal Professions and in November of the same year, he was admitted to practise law at the Court of Appeals of Genoa. In July 2014, he attended the nineteenth edition of the Master’s Program in Tax Law at ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’ Business School in Milan and received his diploma.
Registered with the Board of Attorneys in Bergamo in September of 2014, Davide Torcello began to collaborate with a prestigious Tax Law Firm with offices in Bergamo and Brescia, up until July 2015.
He participated in the 2016/2017 edition of “Telefisco – ‘Ask the Expert’ Conference” as well as acting as classroom tutor at the Master Standards and Taxes 2015/2016 organized by ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’ Business School in Pescara.
In February 2016, he set up his own law office giving it his own name. Since May 2016 he has been working as an Of Counsel attorney in matters related to tax laws for the renowned Catena Accountanting Office in his city of residence. He is appointed member of Ufficio Massimario Giurisprudenza Commissioni Tributarie Abruzzo since the autumn of 2017. In October 2016 he became interested in wine tasting and began working in the sector dealing with wine laws. He successfully attended Level 1 and Level 2 of a professional “Wine Education Course for Sommeliers” and was certified as an official sommelier by the Italian Sommelier Association of which he is now a member. Concomitantly he achieved his “Master in Wine Law” from Euroconference in collaboration with the Wine Law Attorneys Guild of which he has since become a member.
Bruno Catena graduated in Economics at the “Gabriele D’Annunzio” University in Chieti (Italy) in 1986 .
He has been registered with the Board of Accountancy since 1988 and with the National Board of Auditors of Pescara (Italy) since 1995.
Bruno Catena CPA, is the sole proprietor of the Catena Accountancy Office and has been serving his clients since 1988. He has gained valuable experience throughout his years of offering his clientele professional advice, performing audits in numerous local and non-local companies and collaborating with other professional figures. He carries out his all aspects of his work with professionalism, discretion and courtesy. He has taken on many tasks, from Internal Auditor for both the private and public sector to General Manager, President of the Board of Auditors, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Liquidator, to name a few.
Driven by a strong interest in the wine industry and agriculture in general, Bruno Catena made the decision to devote himself to each financial aspect pertaining to this sector, with particular regard to taxation of agricultural farmland and its commodities.
He personally provides tax consultancy as well as business and management consulting services.
He plays a vital role for his entire team of workers and for his Catena Accounting Office.
Si laurea in Scienze Giuridiche – Indirizzo Economico Finanziario presso la Facoltà di Giurisprudenza di Teramo nell’aprile 2008. Nell’anno 2010 consegue la Laurea Specialistica in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Teramo. Nel biennio 2010 – 2012 frequenta la Scuola di Formazione Professionale per la Pratica Forense presso la Fondazione Forum Aterni di Pescara. Nello stesso anno sostiene l’esame per l’abilitazione alla professione forense e nel settembre 2013 si iscrive all’Albo degli Avvocati tenuto presso l’Ordine di Pescara. Nel 2013 partecipa con profitto al Corso di Contabilità e Bilancio organizzato a Pescara dal Centro Studi Internazionale “InFormazione”. Nel 2016 segue a Pescara il Corso di aggiornamento e specializzazione professionale in “Teoria e Pratica delle Procedure Concorsuali – edizione 2016 / Il Curatore Fallimentare” organizzato dall’Università di Chieti- Pescara, Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche e Sociali. Nello stesso anno partecipa al “Corso di Formazione per gli Amministratori di Sostegno”, organizzato dalla Fondazione Forum Aterni presso l’Ordine degli Avvocati di Pescara. Nel 2017 consegue il “Master in Diritto Agroalimentare e Vitivinicolo – edizione 2017” organizzato da Altalex e tenutosi a Parma. Nello stesso anno consegue il “Master in Diritto Vitivinicolo” tenutosi a Roma ed organizzato dal Gruppo Euroconference con l’UGIVI (Unione Giuristi della Vite e del Vino) cui è associata. Iscritta all’AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier) e ad alla Associazione Nazionale Le Donne del Vino – Delegazione Abruzzo. Nel novembre 2017 organizza e partecipa in qualità di relatrice al Convegno UGIVI “Imprese Vitivinicole: Obblighi e Tutele Legali nell’attuale quadro normativo”, tenutosi presso la Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato ed Agricoltura di Pescara, tenendo l’intervento dal titolo “Il commercio internazionale del vino: il contratto di distribuzione e gli altri strumenti contrattuali”.
